The staff at Ecotao Lodge were exceptional in their friendliness and willingness to assist. I had a great experience when the owner personally greeted me upon arrival, which made me feel truly welcome. The lodge's location in the jungle created a serene and peaceful atmosphere, a true tropical paradise. Despite being in a remote location, the lodge provided details for taxi services, ensuring easy transportation. The spotless accommodations and stunning views added to the overall beauty of the lodge. The value for the price paid was outstanding, especially considering the great deals offered for spa treatments. The pool area, overlooking the nearby islands, was a highlight of my stay. Additionally, the lodge provided a delicious breakfast, although I do wish there was more variety for longer stays. I highly recommend Ecotao Lodge for a tranquil and memorable experience.

The secluded location of this hotel allows guests to enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by nature. With beautiful views of the jungle and a refreshing swimming pool, it's the perfect spot to relax. the staff at this hotel go above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience, providing helpful advice and assisting with bike rentals and laundry services.
The limited breakfast options and the need to order takeout or drive to town for meals can be inconvenient, especially for early risers who prefer to eat breakfast earlier in the morning.

We had an amazing stay at Ecotao Lodge. The friendly and welcoming team immediately made us feel at home. The resort's location in the jungle provided a serene atmosphere, away from the tourist areas. The salt water infinity pool with its breathtaking view was a dream come true. The homemade Thai food offered for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was absolutely delicious. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, with balconies offering stunning views of the jungle and ocean. The hotel's commitment to sustainability was evident in every detail. a perfect place for a relaxed vacation.
While the AC in the room was insufficient during our stay, the hot days and lack of complete weather sealing may have contributed. Additionally, the room could have been better lit, and we did experience several power outages during our stay.

The pool and bar area had amazing views and the breakfast was fantastic. We also enjoyed the fact that the staff were very welcoming and helpful, offering assistance with transportation and restaurant recommendations. the location was slightly quieter, but we didn't mind as it offered peacefulness and stunning views. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the eco-friendly toiletries provided.
The hotel was not centrally located, so getting to the main areas required transportation. the local taxis were quite expensive, and although the hotel offered cheaper transportation, it was still an additional cost.

The staff were incredible, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. the hotel had stunning green views and a tranquil atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing holiday. the rooms were clean and eco friendly, with pleasant scents and adjustable temperatures. the hotel offered a Thai cooking class, which was a wonderful experience.
The hotel is located a bit far from the main city, which required either renting a scooter or taking taxis to get around. This added up in terms of cost, especially since the hotel restaurant and bar were quiet in the evenings.

The rooms at Ecotao Lodge are simply amazing! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the fully equipped private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. It made me feel so comfortable and at home. Plus, having a private entrance and soundproofing in the room made it even better!
The only thing I liked less was the bidet in the private bathroom. It's just not my thing, but I'm sure others might find it enjoyable.
